Christmas Eve was at Laurel's house this year. The trip to Anthem was well worth it. We had a great time! I have pictures to prove it. Alex and Nic

Merry Christmas!
I cannot believe it is December 21... Hey - it's the first day of Winter!! Since we are celebrating Christmas Eve early (tomorrow night up in Anthem) - I have a LOT of wrapping to do.
I did most of my shopping during my lunch breaks this past week... It's been a crazy week for sure.
Last night, Marcos made delicous pork-chops and mashed potatoes for dinner.
Nic liked the mashed potatoes.

(if you click on the picture, it will appear larger... look at those eyes!)
Today has been hectic... a cable guy fried our electricity. We were without power for almost 10 hours today. The cable guy was digging in our yard, in the rain and hail, and out it went. SRP has our whole front yard dug up - still @ 8:30 tonight. Thank gosh there isn't a fried cable guy out there. I feel bad for the 500 other houses that were affected.
/sigh
Nic turned one on December 2nd - a day we dreamed about, and couldn't believe we were blessed with. Not only is our little man healthy, he is also just abt perfect!
Due to the weather - we had to change our party plans a little - instead of having it at our house, we went to our 2nd favorite place, Peter Piper Pizza. =)
We had a great turn-out! Thank you, family and friends!
Here are some pics!
(don't mind the camera, I put it in the cooler while in Mexico last summer, and the pics just haven't been the same - I've put a new camera on my Christmas Wish List)
