My husband loves him some chocolate chip cookies. Especially if I add some chopped walnuts to the mix. However, the task of making cookies seems daunting to me. Every time.

And every time, when they are made and he is HAPPY, I realize it wasn't such a chore; I should do it more often.

I went to the store this weekend and picked up a few things... and unbeknownst to him, I made cookies on Sunday night (while he was still at work). And not just for his belly... but I made a few dozen extra for him to take to his techs the next day.

Not just score.
But double score.

His response, besides the expected "Nomm Nomm Nommm"...?

1. Surprise your guy with his favorite treat, he'll love it.
2. Milk in a non-covered glass does not travel well.
3. It takes a WHOLE 10 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to bake (per 2 dozen) not 10 hours. Do it already.
